Warranty
Firstly. Icheer provides a 12-month quality assurance period ("Warranty Period") from the date of purchase.
Second, this warranty does not cover personal items or consumables and accessories. Atomizers, fuel tanks, drip tips, cartridges and e-liquid are not covered by the warranty.
Third. This warranty is invalid under any of the following circumstances:
1, The customer did not provide the batch number and original receipt and purchase package.
2, Product failure or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
3. Product failure or damage caused by improper use or maintenance by consumers.
4, The product is found to be counterfeit after inspection.
Four, during the warranty period, we replace the manufacturing defects verified by Icheer free of charge. Please keep your proof of purchase and verification code safe in case you need warranty service.

Q1. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?
A: We usually make shipment by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. In general it takes
3-10days between delivery and arrival. If needed, shipment by air or sea available.
Q2. What about the lead time ?
A. For samples, 1-3 days;
B. Mass order generally needs 7-20 days, depending on our production schedule and the order quantity.
C. OEM delivery, after package design confirmed, the same period as normal mass production.
D. ODE delivery, after prototype and package design confirmed, the same period as normal mass production.
